Product introduce:
Pneumatic vacuum feeder USES compressed air to produce high vacuum through vacuum generator to realize material transportation. No mechanical vacuum pump is needed. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, eliminating static electricity of materials and meeting GMP requirements. The high vacuum produced by vacuum generator can eliminate the stratification phenomenon of the materials being transported and ensure the uniformity of the composition of the mixed materials. When the compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure and forms vacuum air flow. The material is sucked into the suction nozzle and the air flow is formed. It passes through the suction tube and reaches the hopper of the feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material fills the bin, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, and the vacuum generator will stop working. At the same time, the bin door will automatically open, and the material will fall into the bin of the equipment. At the same time, the compressed air through the pulse backblow valve automatically clean the filter. When the time is up or the feeding signal is sent by the material level sensor, the feeding machine will be automatically started.
