General Introduction:
Vacuum Feeder is the most advanced ,perfect vacuum conveying equipment of powder material,granular material,powder- granular mixing machine,packing machine,injection molding machine,grinder etc,with the advantage of cost reducing and no powder pollution.
The vacuum feeder consist of vacuum pump(no oil and water),stainless steel suction tube,flexible hose,PE filter or SUS 316 filter,compressed air cleaning device,pneumatic discharging device,vacuum hopper and automatic level control device.This machine can reach GMP standard and is the ideal feeding to food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
Working principle:
When the compressed air supply vacuum generators, vacuum generators produce negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow, material is sucked into the suction nozzles, to form a material gas flow, after the suction tube to reach the feeder hopper. Filter complete separation of material and air, when the material filled silo, the controller will automatically cut off the gas source, vacuum generators to stop working, while the silo door automatically opens, the materials fall into the hopper of the device. At the same time, the compressed air pulse cleaning valve automatically clean the filter. Wait until the time or level sensor sends the signal feeding, auto-start on the feeder.

Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Packing and Delivery
7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
