Small Box Bottom Folding Machine with Paper Feeding
Series C model A folding gluing machine is 4-fold bottom-lock machine, adopt synchronous belt transmission and electronic continuously variable speeder, domestic standard electronic components, feeding section adopt mechanic continuously variable, stable and easy to control and operate.
It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons, process and glue for all kinds of bottom-locked cartons. Pre-fold section is applied to auto packaging, fold 2 and fold 4 of all cartons can reach 90° and 180° ,perfectly combing the requirements of auto packaging together.(In case of any special function required, we can design according the customers intention).

THE CONPONENTS OF MACHINE:
Feeding section:
Independently motorized friction feeder with variable speed
Adjustable electronic pile vibrator.
Side feed gates fully adjustable to the width of the blank.
Two adjustable front feed knives.
Paper correction section:
Independent section with an unparallel lower carrier that guides the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment.
Pre-folding section:
Left hand glue flap pre-folder up to 180º.
Third crease line pre-folder up to 135º.(modelCB)
1st and 3rd crease openers.
Crash lock bottom section:
Complete set of folding hooks and helixes to fold the front flaps of the blank smooth and accurately.
Set of accessories for B-type lock bottom.
Lower gluing unit:
One lower (left side) gluing tank.
Easy to remove and clean.
Electronic upper gluing system by guns.
Folding and Closing section:
Smooth and accurate folding of 2nd and 4th creases
Outer folding belts adjustable up to 180º with variable
Two upper and two lower carriers with 25 mm lower and 30 mm outer belts.
Width-wise adjustable heavy duty compression rollers (optional).
